IM Designing is a creative studio founded by Ieva Mikalauskaite, focused on branding, digital experiences, and creative direction for modern brands.
Born in Lithuania and later finishing high school in the United States, Ieva developed an international perspective shaped by creativity, culture, and business from an early age. After continuing her education across Switzerland and Spain in hospitality, management, digital business, marketing, and analytics, she built a multidisciplinary approach that combines strategic thinking with refined visual direction.
With experience across industries including hospitality, real estate, and wellness, IM Designing focuses on creating thoughtful visual identities and digital experiences designed for long-term brand growth, positioning, and recognition.
Combining strategic thinking with refined visual execution, the studio works across branding, websites, marketing, packaging, and business consultation to create brands that feel intentional, elevated, and memorable.
